SaveStore.co.za is an online business in the electronics, gifting and consumables industry offering various electronic devices and consumables to the South African Market.

Delivery Policy:

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 7 working days and delivery confirmed by way of email receipt. We will send you a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Refund & Returns Policy:

The provision of goods and services by SaveStore Pty Ltd is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, SaveStore Pty Ltd will refund the client in full within 14 days. Cancellation of orders by the client may attract a 15% administration fee.
Our standard policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
In the case of manufacturer defects, we can offer a replacement or refund subject to supplier evaluation. Please note shipping costs may apply.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please Note: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, kindly contact SaveStore Pty Ltd first to follow the normal channels.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

• We do not accept returns of products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
• Additional non-returnable items:
* E-liquids, Tanks, Mouth Pieces (Health Concern).
* Downloadable software products.
* Some health and personal care items.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

Kindly allow 14 days for your refund to appear in your bank account. Some banks do take longer than others.

Sale items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@savestore.co.za and send your item to:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

Return Shipping:

To return your product, you should courier it to:

SaveStore Pty Ltd at 3rd Ave Roodepoort North, Johannesburg, 1724, South Africa.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Customer Privacy Policy:

SaveStore Pty Ltd shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA).
POPIA/PAIA (Revised Act):
In terms of a law known as the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA) everyone has the right to privacy, including the right to the lawful collection, retention, dissemination, and use of one’s Personal Information.

Payment Options Accepted:

Payment may be made via Visa, Master Card, Diners or American Express credit cards.
EFT bank transfer into the SaveStore Pty Ltd bank account, the details of which will be provided on receipt of order.

Credit Card Acquiring and Security:

Credit card payment option available through PayFast payment gateway.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then PayFast stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as it is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by
PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency:

The merchant outlet country, at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder, is South Africa. Transaction Currency is ZAR (South African Rand).


SaveStore Pty Ltd takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer services and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

Country Of Domicile:

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and SaveStore Pty Ltd chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, as 3rd Ave, Roodepoort north, Johannesburg, 1724.


SaveStore Pty Ltd may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
